Official Rules and Regulations

  1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to individuals who:
    • Are featured in the "Los Nuestros" segment on TelevisaUnivision Los Angeles.
    • Are legal residents of Los Angeles County, California.
    • Are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of being featured on the segment.
  2. How to Enter:
    • Individuals must be selected to be featured in the "Los Nuestros" segment by the News Department of TelevisaUnivision Los Angeles, in its sole and absolute discretion.
    • There is no separate entry process. Being featured on the segment automatically enters the individual into the random drawing pool.
  3. Winner Selection
    • One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Nissan of Costa Mesa from the pool of individuals featured on the "Los Nuestros" segment.
    • The drawing will take place after all eligible individuals featured on the segment within a specific timeframe (to be determined by Nissan of Costa Mesa and TelevisaUnivision) have been identified.
    • The date of the drawing will be determined by Nissan of Costa Mesa.
  4. Prize:
    • The prize is a three (3) year lease of a 2025 Nissan Ariya, subject to availability and final specifications determined by Nissan of Costa Mesa.
    • The prize is non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or other substitution will be offered, except at the sole discretion of Nissan of Costa Mesa.
  5. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize:
    • The potential winner will be notified by Nissan of Costa Mesa via the contact information provided to TelevisaUnivision for the "Los Nuestros" segment.
    • The potential winner will be required to respond within a specified timeframe (as indicated in the notification) to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
    • The potential winner will be required to complete and sign all necessary lease documents provided by Nissan Motor Acceptance Company (NMAC) and satisfy credit approval requirements as determined by NMAC.
    • The potential winner will be responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, vehicle registration fees, insurance costs (full coverage as required by NMAC), mileage overage charges as specified in the lease agreement, and any other costs associated with the lease of the vehicle from the date of possession.
  6. Credit Approval:
    • The awarding of the prize is contingent upon the potential winner meeting the credit approval criteria of Nissan Motor Acceptance Company (NMAC).
    • If the potential winner fails to meet the credit approval requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and Nissan of Costa Mesa reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  7. General Terms and Conditions:
    • By participating in this giveaway, individuals agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Nissan of Costa Mesa, which are final and binding in all respects. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by TelevisaUnivision, Inc., including any of its affiliated companies, parent companies or subsidiaries, and therefore by taking part in this giveaway you expressly agree that any claim, question or liability related to such giveaway shall be solely addressed to or with Nissan of Costa Mesa.
    • Nissan of Costa Mesa and TelevisaUnivision, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and agents are not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
    • Nissan of Costa Mesa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice for any reason whatsoever.
    • Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Nissan of Costa Mesa and TelevisaUnivision, Inc. (including any of their affiliated entities) to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, and hometown for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
    • All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
    • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  8. Release of Liability:
    • By participating in this giveaway and/or accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Nissan of Costa Mesa, Nissan North America, Inc., TelevisaUnivision, Inc., their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and agents from any and all liability, loss, injury, death, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in the giveaway or with the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize
  9. Governing Law:
    • This giveaway and these Official Rules and Regulations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
