Absolutely AMAZING!! I had been thinking about getting a Tesla for a while and had received a promotional letter from Nissan Costa Mesa. I decided to message them that I was interested but not going to make any decisions for a month or so. Karina was so nice and understanding. No one ever made me feel pressured or like I was wasting anyone’s time. When the day finally came to go in, I explained that I was just wanting info and to see what my options are. The team was very nice and provided me with exactly what I was looking for. I was able to get my dream car THAT DAY! On top of that I had a unique situation and they were completely understanding! When I had questions a few days after the sale they were quick to respond and helped me out. I want to thank David as well for being everything I could want in customer service.
